Jordyn Wingate
Jordyn Wingate is the Clinical Research Student at the Response To Risk Program.
Jordyn Wingate is a clinical research assistant and school/work coach at the Response to Risk program. She is a part of the Building Bridges toward Equity in Psychosis Intervention and Careers (2B-EPIC) initiative. Her primary role is supporting the studies that make up Response to Risk, including InVEST and ASPIRE, and community outreach.
Academics: Jordyn is currently pursuing her bachelor's in Behavioral Neuroscience and Philosophy at Northeastern University.
Interests and Experience: Prior to joining the Response to Risk research program, Jordyn worked in a biochemistry lab and has been engaged in her studies as a neuroscience major at Northeastern University. She's come to understand psychology through a biochemical approach and hopes to bring that perspective into a coordinated specialty care model. She also considers her family and community as the inspiration for her work in mental health. Jordyn hopes to pursue her plans for a post-graduate degree in psychology, so she can work to provide community care and develop her skills in the field.
